(THE “SWEEPSTAKES”)

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OBLIGATION, OR FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
TIMING/DESCRIPTION: The Sweepstakes starts on February 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Sweepstakes Period” and consists of three hundred thirty-four (334) daily entry periods (each a “Daily Entry Period”), each associated with a random drawing to select one (1) daily prize winner. In addition, entries received from each Daily Entry Period will be automatically entered into a monthly drawing to award one monthly prize, as further described below. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, each Daily Entry Period begins at 12:00 AM ET and ends at 11:59 PM ET with the exception of the first Daily Entry Period which begins at 9:00 AM on February 1, 2026. The Sponsor’s computer, or that of its designee, runs the official clock for the Sweepstakes and will solely determine the time by which an entry is received. See Prize section below for details on available daily and monthly prizes.
ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are: [1] legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, [2] 18 years of age or older at time of entry, and [3] a Hawaiian Airlines Atmos™ Rewards Member (the “Entrant(s)”). Officers, directors, employees and agents of Barclays Bank Delaware (Barclays or the "Sponsor"), its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, Hawaiian Airlines, Inc. (“Hawaiian”), Mastercard International, and Marden-Kane, Inc. (the “Administrator”) (collectively, the "Releasees"), and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in households of each, whether or not related, are ineligible. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify Entrants who violate these official rules (the “Official Rules”) or interfere with the Sweepstakes in any manner. If an Entrant is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate that Entrant’s eligibility to participate in this Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: To enter the Sweepstakes, you'll first need to become an Atmos™ Rewards Member. If you do not have an account, go to www.hawaiianairlines.com to create an Atmos™ Rewards Member account for free. By submitting your information and creating an Atmos™ Rewards Member account, you agree to the Atmos™ Rewards terms of use and privacy notice. If you do not agree to Atmos™ Rewards such terms of use and privacy notice, you cannot create an Atmos™ Rewards Member account or participate in this Sweepstakes.
There are two (2) ways to earn entries:
A. Automatic entry using your eligible Barclays Hawaiian Airlines® World Elite Mastercard® or Hawaiian Airlines® Business Mastercard® (Card Transaction Entry): Cardmembers with an active Card account will automatically receive one (1) entry for each eligible credit card purchase, net of returns, made during the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants will receive one entry into the daily prize drawing that corresponds to the date of the transaction. Transactions must post to your account within a Daily Entry Period in order to earn entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any merchant delays in processing transactions which may cause a transaction to post after the Sweepstakes Period. Eligibility of a Card transaction is at Sponsor’s sole discretion and is subject to Entrant’s Cardholder agreement. All entries will be deemed to be earned by the Primary Cardmember or Business Owner of the Eligible Card, regardless of whose name appears on the Eligible Card or who performs the transaction. Transactions made by Cards that are lost, stolen, fraudulent, tampered with or otherwise altered are not eligible to receive for an entry. The Card account must be in good standing and not in default under the Cardmember Agreement at the time of entry, winner selection and prize award. The following transactions do not qualify for Sweepstakes entries: returns or adjustment transactions, PIN-based debit or cash advances, corporate or international transactions, ATM transactions or fees, balance transfers, monthly or annual fees, late payment fees, overdraft fees, returned check fees or check re-order fees, and any other fees assessed on the account. Entries generated from these transactions as well as from unauthorized card use or purchases made with lost, stolen, or fraudulent cards are void. Only purchase transactions made with an eligible Card issued by Barclays, for an account in good standing, to an identifiable eligible Cardmember, and processed through Mastercard’s transaction processing system during the Sweepstakes Period, are eligible for entry.
B. Enter by mail without purchase, Card transaction or other obligation (Mail-in Entry). To enter without making a purchase/Card transaction, on a plain piece of 3” x 5” paper, hand print your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, day and evening telephone numbers, email address and Atmos™ Rewards Member Number and mail it in a hand-addressed #10 business-size envelope with first-class postage affixed, to: The Great Points Giveaway by Hawaiian Airlines Mastercard®, P.O. Box 738, Syosset, NY 11791-0738. Mail-in Entry, including outer-mailing envelope must be handwritten.
IMPORTANT: You must indicate on the lower front left side of your mailing envelope the date of the Daily Entry Period (from 2/1/2026 through 12/31/2026) you wish to enter. All eligible entries received will be entered into the daily drawing specified and the monthly drawing for that month. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, postage due, misdirected, returned to sender Mail-in Entries or Mail-in Entries not postmarked or processed by the Post Office or not received in time for the entrant-specified drawing. To be eligible for a daily drawing and the applicable monthly drawing, your Mail-In Entry must be received no later than 5 business days after the date you have indicated on your Mail-in Entry envelope. Entries received more than 5 days after the date printed on the envelope will be disqualified. Your entry must be received by 1/08/2027 to be included in the December monthly drawing. No mechanically reproduced entries or metered mail permitted. You may enter as often as you wish, but there is a limit of one date per entry and one Mail-in Entry per outer-mailing envelope. Bulk shipments (multiple entries in one shipping package) will not be accepted. Mail-in Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete, postage due, late or inaccurate are void. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Mail-in Entries that are not in the format specified above are subject to disqualification, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. No correspondence will be acknowledged or entered into. Each valid Mail-in Entry will count as 1 entry and will be included in the daily prize drawing and the respective monthly prize drawing, provided it complies with the above requirements.
Entries received during each Daily Entry Period will not be rolled over to subsequent daily drawings and will only be eligible for that day’s prize drawing and the respective monthly drawing.
PRIZES/ODDS:
Eleven (11) Monthly Prizes (one (1) per month for the duration of the Sweepstakes): One Million (1,000,000) Atmos™ Rewards Points. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $10,000 each. Each Monthly Grand Prize Winner will also receive $3,000 cash (awarded in the form of a check to the winner), that may be used to assist with the payment of associated taxes. Depending upon the Winner’s federal tax rate, this amount may only cover a portion of the tax liability owed. Please consult a tax professional for more information. Value (“V”): $3,000. Maximum ARV of each Monthly Prize: $13,000.
Three Hundred Thirty-Four (334) Daily Prizes (one (1) per day for the duration of the Sweepstakes): One Hundred Thousand (100,000) Atmos™ Rewards Points. ARV. $1,000 each.
Total ARV of all prizes: $477,000. Some restrictions may apply. Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received in each Daily and Monthly Entry Period. Limit one daily prize per person per month and one monthly prize per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period.
Points will be deposited directly into winners Atmos™ Rewards accounts. The account and use of the Points are subject to the program’s terms and conditions which can be found at https://www.alaskaair.com/atmosrewards/content/legal/terms. Points will be deposited within approximately 8-10 weeks after winner confirmation. For complete details about Atmos™ Rewards Program go to www.hawaiianairlines.com. Taxes and fees related to award travel are the responsibility of the member.
GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: All prizes will be awarded provided there are enough eligible entries received and prizes are claimed properly in accordance with these Official Rules. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Sponsor. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes as well as all costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded. No prize substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of prize is permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If, for any reason, a prize is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value.
DRAWINGS: Random drawings to select daily and monthly winners will be conducted within approximately 10 business days from the last day of each month of the Sweepstakes Period from among all eligible entries received for each respective Daily and Monthly Entry Period (eligible entries will be included in the drawing for the date and month your qualifying Card transaction is posted to your account or the date and month you indicated on your mailing envelope, as detailed above). All drawings will be conducted by Marden-Kane, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning a daily or monthly prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received for that daily or monthly drawing. Potential winners are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules.
PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Prize Winners will be notified via email or phone within two business days from each drawing date by the Sweepstakes Administrator. An Entrant is not deemed a Winner of any prize, even if the winning notification should so indicate, unless and until (i) the Potential Winner’s eligibility has been verified, (ii) all requirements determined by the Sponsor in order to claim his/her prize have been fulfilled and (iii) the Entrant has been notified that the acceptance and verification process is complete.
Potential Monthly Prize winners will be required to complete, sign, and return [1] an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and; where legal, a Publicity Release (where applicable by law) (collectively the “Affidavit”); and [2] an IRS Form W-9 and furnish their social security number that will be used only for the purpose of reporting the Winner’s prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service, as required by law. Potential Daily Prize winners will be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and; where legal, a Publicity Release (where applicable by law) (collectively the “Affidavit”). All completed documents must be returned by mail or email within seven (7) days to Administrator following the date of issuance of notification. If a Potential Prize Winner does not return the required documents within the stated timeframe, they will be disqualified and an alternate Prize Winner will be determined, time permitting. In the event of non-compliance with these rules, or if the prize or prize notification is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, awarded to an alternate potential Prize Winner. If the prize is won by an eligible individual who is not of the legal age of majority in the state of residence (“minor”), the required documents must be confirmed and signed by Prize Winner’s parent or legal guardian, and the prize will be awarded in the name of their parent or legal guardian, who will be required to fulfill all requirements imposed on the Prize Winner set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct background checks of the potential Monthly Prize Winners. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants, or, if minors, their parents or legal guardians, agree to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their names, cities and states of residence and photographs/likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes for this and similar promotions, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law. Upon request, winners must consent to such in writing.
No substitution, cash equivalent, or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants, or, if minors, their parents or legal guardians, agree to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their names, cities and states of residence and photographs/likenesses, including but not limited to the posting of Winner’s name on the Sponsor’s or Hawaiian’s website(s), in a Winners List or other online announcements for advertising and promotional purposes for this and similar promotions, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law. Entrants release and hold harmless Releasees, and their respective employees, officers, directors and shareholders from any claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded. U.S. law governs this Sweepstakes.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants, or, if minors, their parents or legal guardians, agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Releasees, from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions and any liability of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, arising directly or indirectly, from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse (including any travel or travel-related activity thereto) of the prize. Entrants, or if minors, their parents or legal guardians, agree that the laws of the state of Delaware will govern any and all disputes. Releasees are not responsible for technical, computer, mechanical, printing, typographical, human or other errors relating to or which may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or errors in any Sweepstakes related materials; or for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, undelivered, delayed or illegible entries or postage due entries or mail; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error. If in the Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, or to terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination date. As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant, or, if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian, agrees that: a.) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages; b.) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and in no event shall Entrant be entitled to receive attorneys fees or other legal costs. Sponsor reserves the right to modify prize award procedures.
PRIVACY: Information collected from Entrant is used only for the purposes set forth in the Entrant’s acknowledgment, and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by Sponsor or any third parties unless Entrant has opted-in to receive additional information and promotional material from Sponsor or a third party. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants hereby acknowledges that they have read and accepted Sponsor's privacy policy located at https://cards.barclaycardus.com/banking/privacy-policy.
DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, Entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Delaware. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Delaware, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Delaware. In addition, any dispute relating to the Sweepstakes (including these Official Rules) shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court having jurisdiction over the subject matter located in the state of Delaware. Entrants hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non conveniens or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have.
WHO WON: To receive the names of the Winners, send an email with the subject line: "The Great Points Giveaway by Hawaiian Airlines Mastercard® Sweepstakes Winners" to winners@mkpromosource.com. Requests must be received by January 15, 2027. The names of the Winners will be sent once the final drawing has been conducted and winners confirmed.
